Palate is an operated establishment that prides itself on providing a unique culinary experience to visitors of Antiparos Island. Our team is passionate about food, coffee and customer service as we strive to create an atmoshpere that is welcoming, comfortable and memorable.

Palate was born out of a shared love for food, travel, and the Greek culture. 

We wanted to create a space where visitors of Antiparos Island could come and experience the flavors and ingredients of Greece in a fresh and modern way. 

At Palate, we serve a variety of sweet and savory crepes, waffles and ice cream made with fresh Greek products. Our brunch menu includes classic favorites such as eggs benedict and avocado toast, as well as Greek-inspired dishes. 

We also offer a selection of fresh juices, coffee, and frozen yogurt to round out the meal. Our focus is on using high-quality ingredients and creating dishes that are not only delicious but also visually appealing.
